Volunteer Standards

Net Justice values lawful, safety-focused, trauma-informed support. Volunteers must follow written Net Justice policies and may not act independently using the Net Justice name, brand, materials, or mission. Any authorized case-support or operational role requires written approval, screening, training, legal review, and strict supervision.

Not Law Enforcement

Net Justice is not a law enforcement agency. Volunteers are not police officers, prosecutors, or independent vigilante operators. No volunteer may claim law-enforcement authority or act outside written Net Justice authorization.

Required Screening and Training

Before performing any authorized role, volunteers may be required to complete screening, background checks, confidentiality agreements, training, and written onboarding documents.

Strictly Prohibited Conduct

• No independent investigations, sting operations, or suspect engagement outside written Net Justice authorization.
• No impersonating minors or vulnerable people.
• No baiting, solicitation, suspect engagement, or arranging meetings.
• No public confrontations, doxxing, harassment, threats, or public accusations.
• No requesting, receiving, viewing, downloading, storing, copying, forwarding, or distributing child sexual abuse material or illegal explicit content involving minors.
• No speaking for Net Justice without written authorization.
• No promises about police action, prosecution, case results, victim services, or platform outcomes.

Private Agreement Required

Any person approved for a volunteer or representative role must sign a detailed Volunteer / Authorized Representative Agreement before performing any role for Net Justice. Internal operational protocols are not public and may not be shared without authorization.
