Donation Disclosures
Net Justice is a New Hampshire-based nonprofit organization being formed to support child safety through prevention, education, lawful reporting guidance, victim-support referrals, and public awareness.
Charitable Registration
Net Justice will comply with applicable charitable-solicitation registration and reporting requirements before soliciting donations in jurisdictions where registration is required.
State charitable-solicitation requirements vary. Registration or exemption in one state does not imply endorsement by that state.
No Purchase or Outcome Required
Donations are voluntary. A donation does not create ownership, control, voting rights, entitlement to services, influence over operations, or any guarantee of legal, law-enforcement, safety, prosecution, platform, or victim-support outcome.
Tax Deductibility
Net Justice intends to seek or maintain federal tax-exempt status. Donations may be tax-deductible only to the extent allowed by law and only if Net Justice has appropriate federal tax-exempt status or fiscal sponsorship. Donors should consult their tax advisor.
Use of Funds
Donations may support lawful mission-related activities, including education, prevention resources, website development, legal compliance, reporting-resource development, victim-support referrals, volunteer screening and training, outreach, administration, insurance, and related charitable purposes.
Donor Privacy
Net Justice does not sell donor information. Donor names may be recognized publicly only with permission or as required by law.
Financial Information
Financial reports, annual filings, and charitable-registration disclosures will be made available as required by applicable law.
