What Net Justice Does
Net Justice is a New Hampshire-based nonprofit organization being formed to support child safety through prevention, education, lawful reporting guidance, victim-support referrals, and public-awareness resources related to online child exploitation and digital safety.

- General information about online child exploitation risks, sextortion, grooming, evidence preservation, and reporting pathways.
- Referrals to reporting resources, including law enforcement, NCMEC, the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center, child protective services, victim-support organizations, and legal-aid resources.
- Public-awareness campaigns, training materials, policy advocacy, and community outreach.
- Limited non-emergency support in directing individuals to appropriate reporting and victim-support resources.
- Where legally appropriate, limited case-support or accountability activity conducted only by authorized, screened, and trained personnel under written protocols, legal review, safety controls, and appropriate law-enforcement coordination.
What Net Justice Does Not Do
- Net Justice does not act as a law enforcement agency.
- Net Justice does not replace police, prosecutors, courts, child protective services, or mandated reporting systems.
- Net Justice does not conduct vigilante operations, public confrontations, harassment campaigns, or unauthorized investigations. Any approved case-support or operational activity must be lawful, controlled, and approved in writing.
- Net Justice does not guarantee arrests, charges, prosecution, convictions, civil recovery, restraining orders, platform removals, or any legal outcome.
- Net Justice does not provide legal advice, psychological counseling, emergency services, forensic services, or law-enforcement services.
- Net Justice does not direct private individuals to impersonate minors, engage suspects, bait suspects, solicit illegal communications, arrange meetings, or collect illegal content.
- Net Justice does not request, receive, view, store, distribute, or transmit child sexual abuse material or any illegal explicit content involving minors.
No Private Operations by Website Visitors
Users, visitors, donors, volunteer applicants, and members of the public are strictly prohibited from using Net Justice materials, website content, branding, communications, training, forms, or resources to conduct independent operations, investigations, sting activity, baiting, impersonation, confrontation, surveillance, harassment, doxxing, public shaming, or evidence collection outside lawful channels.
You may not represent yourself as acting on behalf of Net Justice unless you have written authorization from Net Justice and have completed all required onboarding, training, screening, and written agreements. Internal protocols are private and are not published on this website.
User Conduct Prohibitions
You agree not to:
- Upload, transmit, link to, describe in graphic detail, request, or attempt to share child sexual abuse material or illegal sexual content involving minors.
- Submit false, misleading, defamatory, malicious, or knowingly inaccurate reports.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, intimidate, or target any person.
- Attempt to entrap, bait, impersonate, or solicit communications from suspected offenders.
- Interfere with law enforcement, criminal investigations, prosecutions, protective orders, or victim-safety planning.
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to access, damage, disable, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise the website or its systems.
- Misuse Net Justice branding, logos, names, forms, documents, training materials, or communications.
- Represent that Net Justice endorses you, your group, your investigation, your claims, or your public accusations without written permission.
Report Handling and Emergency Limitations
Net Justice is not an emergency reporting service. Submissions through the website may not be monitored 24/7. Net Justice may decline, redirect, or remove submissions that are unsafe, illegal, outside scope, incomplete, threatening, defamatory, or improper.
Illegal Content Policy
Do not upload, email, transmit, attach, or send Net Justice any suspected child sexual abuse material, explicit images of minors, or illegal content. If you possess or encounter such content, do not download, copy, forward, share, repost, or store it. Report it through official reporting channels.
Net Justice may report illegal content, credible threats, suspected child exploitation, abuse, harassment, or other unlawful activity to appropriate authorities, platforms, service providers, or mandatory reporting channels when appropriate or required.
No Legal Advice or Professional Relationship
Website content is for general education and information only. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Use of the website does not create a client, advocate, counselor, investigator, attorney-client, fiduciary, or confidential professional relationship with Net Justice.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and do not create any ownership interest, right of control, entitlement to services, influence over operations, or guaranteed outcome. Donations may be subject to separate donation terms, fundraising disclosures, and applicable charitable-solicitation laws.
Intellectual Property
All Net Justice names, logos, designs, graphics, text, website content, training materials, guides, policies, forms, reports, page layouts, slogans, and other materials are owned by Net Justice or licensed to Net Justice, unless otherwise stated.
You may view and share public educational materials for personal, noncommercial, lawful child-safety purposes, provided you do not alter them, misrepresent them, remove attribution, imply endorsement, or use them for unlawful or vigilante activity. Any other use requires written permission.
Third-Party Links
The website may link to government agencies, nonprofits, law enforcement resources, hotlines, platforms, or external websites. Net Justice is not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or actions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Net Justice, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, advisors, affiliates, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages arising from your use of the website, reliance on website content, inability to use the website, actions taken by third parties, reporting outcomes, law-enforcement outcomes, platform actions, or user misconduct.
Net Justice does not guarantee that website content is complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for your specific circumstances.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Net Justice and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, advisors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, unauthorized operations, false submissions, defamatory statements, harassment, impersonation, evidence mishandling, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
Governing Law

Dispute Resolution
Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to first provide written notice to Net Justice describing the dispute and allowing at least 30 days for informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation in New Hampshire before pursuing litigation, unless emergency injunctive relief is necessary. Any permitted court action shall be filed in a state or federal court located in New Hampshire, unless another venue is required by law.
