Net Justice cannot guarantee that any report, tip, referral, evidence, or resource request will result in investigation, arrest, prosecution, conviction, content removal, civil recovery, protective order, restraining order, or any other outcome.
Limits on Victim Support
Net Justice may provide general information and referrals, but it does not provide legal representation, therapy, emergency shelter, forensic examinations, law-enforcement services, private investigation services, or guaranteed case management.
No Public or Independent Operations
Net Justice does not authorize website visitors, donors, supporters, volunteer applicants, or members of the public to confront suspects, impersonate minors, bait suspects, arrange meetings, publish accusations, threaten anyone, harass anyone, dox anyone, or conduct independent operations. Any Net Justice-approved case-support or operational activity is limited to authorized personnel following written protocols, legal review, safety controls, and appropriate law-enforcement coordination.
Illegal Content Warning
Do not send Net Justice child sexual abuse material, explicit images of minors, or illegal content. If you encounter such material, do not download, copy, share, forward, or store it. Report it to the appropriate official reporting channel.
